Professional Tipper Trailer Hydraulic Power Pack Manufacturer in China
Target’s tipper trailer hydraulic power pack is suitable for various types of trailer dumping and lifting operations. It solves the problems of weak lifting, lagging unloading, and poor adaptability to working conditions in ordinary hydraulic systems on the market.
Our engineering team can provide specialized hydraulic circuit designs based on different trailer sizes, cylinder specifications and installation spaces. We provide OEM / ODM customization services to help you integrate the hydraulic power unit more conveniently into new or renovated tipper trailer systems.
Contact our engineers to configure a suitable hydraulic power pack for your tipper trailer.

It adopts the hydraulic lifting and gravity descent method, which is suitable for most standard trailer tipping systems.

Provides hydraulic power for both lifting and lowering, helping you achieve more precise motion control during the complete tipping cycle.

Equipped with a manual emergency lowering function to help safely lower the trailer body in the event of a power failure.
Pressure Compensation Achieves a Smooth Descent
During the unloading process, as the goods keep being discharged, the weight of the trailer body will continuously change. Our tipper trailer hydraulic power unit is equipped with a pressure-compensated flow control valve. It will automatically adjust the return oil flow according to the changes in hydraulic pressure. Therefore, whether the trailer body is fully loaded or nearly empty, it can maintain a more consistent descent speed, and you don’t need to frequently adjust the hydraulic system.

Designed for Intermittent Tipping Conditions
Unlike a continuously running industrial hydraulic system, our hydraulic power pack is more suitable for the repeated “lifting – discharging – lowering” working cycle of tipper trailers. It adopts an intermittent duty operation, allowing the motor to have sufficient cooling time between two lifts. This means that the hydraulic power pack can better match the actual operation conditions of your trailer and reduce unnecessary heat accumulation during continuous discharging.

You need to confirm in advance the hydraulic cylinder size, lifting time, load capacity, available battery voltage, and whether your system uses a single acting or double acting hydraulic cylinder. Then select the appropriate pump flow rate and working pressure based on these parameters. This can meet the lifting performance and avoid additional energy consumption and heating caused by oversized configuration.
The replacement of hydraulic oil should be based on operating time and actual working conditions, rather than fixed dates. For the new tipper trailer hydraulic power pack, we recommend replacing the hydraulic oil after approximately 50 hours of initial operation to remove fine particles generated during the break-in period.
Afterwards, you should determine the replacement cycle based on the oil condition, usage environment, etc. If your trailer operates in harsh environments such as dust and mud for a long time, you should increase the frequency of oil inspections to protect the pump and valves and maintain stable performance.
You need to provide information such as chassis installation space, power supply voltage, hydraulic cylinder mounting method, pipeline routing, and maximum trailer load capacity. These parameters can help us customize a more suitable hydraulic power pack for your tipper trailer and facilitate your installation.
It is suggested that you provide the product model, operating voltage, pump specifications and a description of the operating problem. If you can also provide a video of the problem, we can determine the cause of the operating problem more quickly and improve the problem analysis efficiency.
