Dock Leveler Hydraulic Power Pack Supplier
Target Hydraulics offers a wide range of power packs widely used in a loading dock system. These hydraulic packs are necessary for operating dock levelers. Commonly, these power units for dock levelersare composed of components such as manifolds, DC motors, gear pumps, and more. It generates the hydraulic power necessary for operating any dock leveler. The hydraulic pack also controls the single-acting cylinder in a hydraulic dock leveler. Thus, facilitating a controlled movement of small or large dock levelers such as lifting.
At Target Hydraulics, we offer dock-leveler hydraulic packs with configurable tank sizes. You can also choose from different hydraulic circuits and pump capacities. Custom power units are also available to meet your dock leveler power requirements. Send us your inquiries today!

These are commonly integrated for bay equipment dock-levelers with double or single-acting cylinders.

We offer dual-solenoid telescopic packs that help in controlling dock leveler movement to ensure the correct position.

Target Hydraulics designed a 380V power pack for dock leveler that is capable of generating up to 380 Bar pressure.

These are designed with a three-phase current motor, 5L reservoir tank capacity, and 0.75kW motor power.
Advantages of Hydraulic Pack for Dock Leveler
Target Hydraulics dock leveler hydraulic pack offers a wide range of advantages including:
- Ideal for dock leveler applications with ramp or lip cylinder
- Can also be used for both single or double-acting cylinders
- Comes with options such as normally open or close cartridges
- Available with valves for flow control

Hinged Lip Dock Leveler hydraulic power pack
Hydraulic power packs are designed for the hinged lip dock platform.
- The hinged lip dock leveler power packs suit for compact size mounting
- Lift up/down the dock platform by dock leveler hydraulic power pack
- Hinged lip dock hydraulic power packs are easy to service
Telescoping Lip Dock Leveler Hydraulic Power Pack
The design of telescopic dock leveler hydraulic power packs is for dock leveller work with a body and lip.
- Main dock leveler body power up
- Main dock leveller body gravity down
- The dock leveller lip is powered into trucks and powered back

Single-Button Dock Leveler Hydraulic Power Pack
The single-button Dock Leveler Hydraulic Power Pack is suitable for logistics warehouses and e-commerce distribution centers. They are designed to operate the sliding Deck & Hinge Lip Dock Leveller.
The entire process of loading and unloading goods can be completed with a single press.
The hydraulic ramp can be raised and lowered, and the lip can be deployed/retracted automatically. Equipped with an automatic locking function to prevent safety accidents.
Two-Button Dock Leveler Hydraulic Power Pack
The two-button Dock Leveler Hydraulic Power Pack is suitable for a variety of truck types. It works fine with the hinging Lip and telescopic Lip control platform.
The two buttons control the ramp raising and lowering, and the lip deployment. The ramp can be raised and lowered online, and the lip can be deployed/retracted separately. It can be adapted to single-acting hydraulic cylinders and double-acting hydraulic cylinders.

When the motor is turned on, the hydraulic pump begins to suction hydraulic oil and pressurize it, which then flows into one side of the hydraulic cylinder, pushing the piston to generate thrust and drive the dock leveler main body upward.
If the dock leveler needs to be adjusted in angle or lowering position, then hydraulic valves control hydraulic oil flows into the other side of the hydraulic cylinder, pushing the dock leveler to tilt.
When the dock leveler reaches the desired position, the hydraulic valves close at the same time hydraulic oil will return to the hydraulic power pack oil tank, ready for the next work cycle.
