Hydraulic Piston Pump Manufacturer
Hydraulic piston pumps are types of positive displacement pumps. These pumps use linear repetitive motion to create a rotational movement along the axis. It is primarily used for moving fluids within a hydraulic system. With its high-pressure rating design, these pumps are valued for their efficiency and suitability to power shovels, presses, lifts, and other high-pressure applications.
Hydraulic piston pumps have two main types. It includes the axial and radial pumps. At Target Hydraulics, we have these pumps with reliability to handle large volume flows. Our piston pumps are compact and have high power density while maintaining optimum efficiency. It offers exceptional sealing properties, ensuring a very low leakage.
Additionally, Target Hydraulics offers hydraulic piston pumps with a wide range of pressure, flow rate, and fluid ratings. Thus, helping you find the right pump for your system. You can guarantee that we provide piston pumps at a competitive price without compromising quality. Please send us your inquiries today!
Our Range of Axial Piston Pump
These pumps comprise different main partsincluding the valve plate, cylinder block, bent axis, and shaft. It has multiple piston pumps arranged in a circular pattern within a cylinder block. Hence, the name axial piston pump. It can vary the fluid output by adjusting the angle of a swash plate.
It works when the piston in the cylinder block moves up and down during the rotation of drive shafts. The stroke of the piston changes based on the angle of the bent axis. When they move in a single direction, they draw in hydraulic fluid by connecting to a suction line. Conversely, they push out the fluid in the discharge channel by moving in the opposite direction. Thus, ensuring a continuous flow.

Wide Selection of Radial Piston Pump
In a radial piston pump, the cylinder block contains a rotating camshaft and piston. The piston is arranged in a radial pattern around the cylinder block, extending outward from the camshaft like spokes on a wheel. As the camshaft rotates, it moves the pistons, causing them to switch between suction and discharge, enabling the pump to move fluid. Do you need radial piston pumps for your hydraulic systems? Target Hydraulics is your best supplier. Please choose from our wide range of selections that suit your applications.
Advantages of Our Hydraulic Piston Pump

Our piston pumps are highly efficient and capable of converting mechanical energy into hydraulic energy with minimal loss.

They can operate at a very high pressure, often exceeding 700 Bar, making them suitable for heavy-duty applications.

We designed piston pumps with variable displacement, meaning the output flow can be adjusted according to your system needs.

Despite their high efficiency and power, our piston pumps are relative compact, making them easy to integrate into your system.

How Does a Hydraulic Piston Pump Work?

The working principle of hydraulic piston pump is simple. The piston pump contains a cylinder with two chambers, an inlet and outlet. Inside the cylinder, a piston moves back and forth. As the piston travels to one end of the cylinder, it draws fluid into one chamber through the inlet. Simultaneously, it pushes the fluid out of the chamber through the outlet. This movement of the piston creates pressure in both chambers, enabling the pump to move the fluid effectively.
