Enhanced PTO Power Coupling System
The Target hydraulic power pack for tractors is equipped with a high-strength gearbox, which can be precisely coupled with the rear PTO shaft of the tractor. This structure enables the tractor to output stable high-pressure flow even at low speeds. Its enhanced input bearing structure is specifically designed to handle the impact loads generated by uneven farmland. This reduces the vibration during power transmission and ensures the long-term smooth operation of heavy attachments.

3-Point Hitch Mounting System
In order to meet the universality requirements of different tractor models, our tractor hydraulic power pack adopts a 3-point hitch bracket compatible with Category 1, 2, and 3 standards. This reinforced steel frame provides excellent structural rigidity, preventing deformation during transportation or operation. This also simplifies the installation process. You can quickly connect the power pack to the tractor without the need for special tools. This greatly improves the efficiency of replacing different hydraulic accessories in the field.
High Heat Dissipation Capacity
For continuous high load conditions, our hydraulic power pack for tractors integrates a large-sized aluminum radiator and a forced air cooling system. This can control the temperature rise of the hydraulic oil, preventing the oil from becoming too thin due to overheating, which could cause a decrease in system pressure or failure of the seals. By maintaining the oil temperature within the ideal working range, our tractor hydraulic power pack can operate 24/7 in hot environments.

In agricultural operations, for agricultural machinery accessories that require high hydraulic flow, such as high-power irrigation machines, plows, etc., the tractor’s own hydraulic system often cannot meet the needs. Our hydraulic power pack for tractors provides additional power through PTO drive, allowing the tractor to drive these high energy consuming tools, greatly improving operational efficiency and on-site flexibility.

In forestry or orchard clearance operations, this power pack can provide continuous and stable hydraulic power for tools such as felling machines, chippers, and branch cleaners. By using the PTO output of the tractor, it can convert the engine power into hydraulic energy. This improves the efficiency of land clearing and vegetation maintenance operations and reduces reliance on specialized machinery.

Although tractor hydraulic power packs are mainly used in agriculture, they can also drive some hydraulic tools on light construction sites, such as small hydraulic crushers, soil trenchers, etc. The hydraulic power pack for tractors provides you with a lower cost and more flexible hydraulic power sources, suitable for temporary projects or site gravel turning.

Slow movement is usually related to flow loss or internal leakage. Firstly, you should check if the oil suction filter is clogged. This can cause cavitation and noise in the hydraulic pump. Secondly, you can check if the oil temperature is too high. Because when the hydraulic oil becomes thinner, it will reduce the volumetric efficiency.
You can also check if the opening pressure of the relief valve has decreased due to spring fatigue, which has caused some of the flow to bypass back to the tank in advance. We suggest installing pressure gauges at the system interface to quickly locate the fault point without disassembling the components.
You need to confirm the rated pressure and maximum flow rate required for the hydraulic motor or cylinder in the accessory. We can adjust the displacement of the internal gear pump in the tractor hydraulic power pack according to your accessory parameters. This can prevent sluggish movements or motor overload caused by improper power matching.
You usually fix the power pack to the reserved installation position or frame of the tractor through the adjustable bracket. The hydraulic piping can be connected to the original system of the tractor through standard quick connect fittings or flanges. In most cases, you don’t need to cut or weld.
What is the Hydraulic Power Pack for Tractor?
The hydraulic power pack for tractors is a hydraulic power unit installed at the rear of agricultural machinery and directly driven by the tractor PTO. When the original hydraulic system of the tractor fails to provide sufficient flow or pressure, it can offer an additional stable hydraulic output for various accessories that require high hydraulic power.
How does the Hydraulic Power Pack for Tractor Work?
The PTO of the tractor or the DC motor serves as the initial power source, which drives the gear pump inside the power pack to rotate through the coupling. As the pump continues to rotate, the hydraulic oil is drawn from the oil tank through the oil suction filter and enters the pump chamber. Then it is pushed out, forming an oil flow with high pressure.
The high-pressure oil will enter the integrated hydraulic manifold. The built-in relief valve will monitor the system pressure in real time according to the preset parameters. If the pressure exceeds the safety limit, the valve opens to redirect excess oil back to the tank, protecting the tractor and the attachment from overload damage.
You can change the flow direction by manipulating the control valve handle or using the electronic remote control. Depending on the position of the valve core, the high-pressure oil will be accurately distributed to the corresponding oil circuits, thereby driving the external attachments to perform actions such as lifting, splitting or cleaning.
After completing the work task, the hydraulic oil may absorb heat and contain small impurities, which will flow through the radiator and return oil filter through the return oil pipeline. The cooled and purified oil returns to the tank and waits for the next cycle.
Daily Maintenance of Hydraulic Power Pack for Tractor
Fluid Level Monitoring and Oil Quality Inspection
Before starting each day, you should confirm whether the hydraulic oil in the oil tank is within the standard range through a level gauge. At the same time, you need to observe the color and transparency of the oil. If the oil appears milky white, it usually indicates that water has entered. If the color becomes noticeably darker and accompanied by a burnt smell, it indicates that the oil has undergone high-temperature oxidation. You need to replace the hydraulic oil.
Inspection of Fasteners and Pipelines
Due to the bumpy working environment of the tractor, you need to pay attention to checking whether the bolts at the three-point hitch and the PTO interface are loose. Every day, you should check whether the hydraulic hose is worn or has any oil leakage, and whether the sealing ring of the quick connector is in good condition.
Before using it in the farmland, please be sure to remove the sediment from the joint to prevent impurities from entering the hydraulic circuit during the connection process, which could cause the valve core to get stuck.
Filter Element Maintenance
For newly used excavator hydraulic power packs, it is recommended to replace the return oil filter element after the initial 50 hours of operation. This can remove metal particles generated during the production and running in stages. During subsequent regular maintenance, you can replace the filter element according to the standard of every 250 to 500 hours.
Lubrication and Calibration of PTO Transmission Shaft
If your power pack is driven by a PTO, the universal joints of the drive shaft need to be lubricated regularly to reduce frictional heat generation at high speeds. Meanwhile, incorrect hitching angles can lead to additional vibrations and premature failure of the bearings. Therefore, it is important to maintain proper alignment and overlap between the power pack and the output shaft of your tractor.
Surface Cleaning
The hydraulic system will generate a large amount of heat under continuous heavy load. The dry grass and dirt accumulated on the surface of the radiator or the oil tank will affect the heat dissipation efficiency. At the end of each day’s work or during breaks, you should clean up the debris on the outside of the hydraulic power pack. This helps to reduce oil temperature, thereby delaying the aging of seals and maintaining stable pressure output.
Observe the Operating Status and Sounds
During each use, you need to pay attention to whether the power pack responds slowly or has unusual noise or vibration. These could be due to pump body wear, cavitation or internal leakage. Identifying problems promptly can reduce the difficulty of repairs.
Establish Maintenance Logs
You can establish detailed maintenance records, including the inspection time, identified problems, taken measures, oil replacement time and component replacement time, etc. This helps to continuously understand changes in equipment performance, optimize maintenance cycles, and provide a basis for further diagnosis when necessary.
